Inoxo Refund Policy
At Inoxo, we are committed to providing a product that enhances battery backup. If our product does not deliver the expected results, you may request a refund under the following conditions.
Refund Eligibility:
- Results are observed within 8 days of usage.
- If 8 days have passed and the chemical has not improved battery backup, you are eligible to claim a refund.
How to Claim a Refund:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email us at inoxo.pk@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Our team will verify your claim.
- Once verified, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to the provided payment method.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you do not receive your refund within the given timeframe, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email for assistance.
