Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: Once processed, orders will be shipped via our designated couriers including BlueEx, M&P, and Leopards. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Customers will be provided with the shipping cost during the checkout process.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp & email (If provide). This tracking number can be used to track the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only offer shipping remote areas mean villages.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Inoxo Chemicals is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, the courier will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package during the estimated delivery window.
