4.1. If the battery backup does not improve after 8 days of usage, you may request a refund.
4.2. Refund claims must be submitted via WhatsApp or email (inoxo.pk@gmail.com) with purchase details.
4.3. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days, with shipping charges deducted from the amount.
4.4. If the refund is not received within the stated time, customers should contact us for assistance.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1. Inoxo does not guarantee specific results as battery conditions vary.
5.2. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
5.3. Misuse or unauthorized modifications to the product void any refund eligibility.
